- The Oxford Nizami Ganjavi Centre (ONGC) is pleased to offer a fully-funded DPhil scholarship for entry in 2020-21. The scholarship will cover course fees and provide a living allowance at the same rate as UK research council rate (£15,009 in 2019/20). ONG
