The Oxford Society for the Caspian and Central Asia hosted a seminar this past Saturday, 2nd December, on the Political Economy of Modern Azerbaijan, funded by the Oxford Nizami Ganjavi Centre and hosted by the Russian and Eurasian Studies Centre at St Antony’s College. It was dedicated to the research of distinguished economist Dr Gubad Ibadoghlu (LSE), who has been imprisoned in Azerbaijan since July 23rd this year.
